EverNest Nanny provides professional, on-site childcare during weddings and special events
so parents can relax, stay present, and enjoy the celebration knowing their children are safe and cared for.
Childcare takes place on-site at the wedding or event venue in a designated room or area
approved by the venue and the couple.
We care for children of various ages, ranging from infants to pre-teens.
Specific age ranges are discussed during the booking process to ensure the best care for your event.
The number of children we can care for depends on the number of caregivers scheduled and the length of the event.
We always maintain safe and appropriate caregiver-to-child ratios.
All packages include one nanny. Additional nannies required due to child count or age range are subject to an
additional fee of $80 per hour. Staffing needs are determined to ensure safe, attentive care for all children.
A general guideline we recommend is as follows:
1 nanny per infant (newborn to 12 months)
1 nanny per baby (12 to 24 months)
1 nanny per 2 toddlers (ages 2–4 years old)
1 nanny per 3 pre-school aged children (ages 4–6 years old)
1 nanny per 4 children (ages 6+ years old)
These ratios help ensure safe, attentive, and age-appropriate care for all children in attendance.

Parents are welcome to check in at any time, but our goal is for parents to feel confident leaving their children

Children are engaged with age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, toys, books, quiet play,
and supervised free play depending on the event length and children’s ages.
Meal and snack arrangements are discussed ahead of time. In most cases, parents provide meals or approve what will be served.
Parents provide contact information, and we will notify them immediately if their child needs them for any reason.
Yes. Our team can assist during the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, or for the full duration of the event depending on your needs.
Yes. EverNest Nanny carries appropriate business liability insurance for on-site childcare services.
Booking is easy! Simply contact us via our website or email. To secure your date, we require a non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance is due prior to the event.
Deposits are non-refundable as they reserve your event date and caregivers.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season dates.
We are now accepting bookings for 2026 and 2027.
Yes. Travel is complimentary for the first 30 miles from our base location. Additional travel fees may apply for venue locations beyond this distance and will be confirmed in advance.
